Sometimes our first and greatest dare is asking for support -Brene Brown

As a clinician, I have been offering services for over sixteen years and offer to come alongside and help set and accomplish personal goals. A coach is someone who empowers and believes in you through accountability to be a better version of yourself! I am a highly skilled and compassionate, empathetic, and solution-oriented professional dedicated to providing excellent care. I have created programs to help individuals like you. I coach individuals with their needs, help guide relationships with their goals and challenges, and discuss challenging topics.

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can control how we respond to circumstances. For example, suppose you are dealing with specific challenges, communication, behaviors, identity, recognizing your gifts, or needing healing from past or present hurts. In that case, it is time to invest in a coach.

I take inventory of where you are as a whole with your career, relationship, spirituality, priorities, habits, behaviors, and much more—identifying your identity and any hindrances that keep you from being the best you! I have such a passion for working with individuals and couples who are bombarded with different life challenges. My specialties are in the following area:

SERVICES:

Individual Counseling

This service is a favorite among many of my clients, as it is often one of the keys to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. Overcoming past hurts and walking alongside the individual through healing and achieving growth and freedom to different parts of their lives. After several sessions, you will become well-versed in handling issues whenever and wherever they arise. Entails are trying to help people find balance. Within my sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you and facilitating spiritual growth for individuals.

Struggles with Anxiety

I give you ways to learn how to reduce anxiety and gain control over unhealthy thoughts—giving you the tools such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, hitting underlying beliefs, and relaxation techniques skills when that anxiety begins to kick in—exploring wounds that could be the cause of your anxiety. Set goals in feeling confident to become the person you have always envisioned. Together we can come up with a plan to help reduce your anxiety!

Relationship Counseling

Are you feeling stuck? At a crossroads in your relationship or emotional life? Even the strongest among us can feel lost, unsure, ambivalent, or unhappy at times. I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you and how to do it successfully. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive but to thrive truly. I help couples improve communication, intimacy, and other vital areas of concern you want to work on. Learn how to make the most of our couples counseling.

Engaged-Premarital Counseling

Whether you are dating, thinking about getting married, that service is provided for you! Create a call to action as this helps individuals and couples improve their relationships and other essential attributes and facilitate couples’ spiritual growth.

Trauma-Focused Counseling

Are you having difficulties performing regular duties, flashbacks, or nightmares? Are you struggling with emotional instability and impaired concentration? When individuals have been exposed to the trauma, they can become emotionally and psychologically impaired and often go into a protective mode through denial and disbelief. Yet, the signs are not always visible!

A specific approach to therapy recognizes and emphasizes understanding how the traumatic experience impacts an individual’s mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I strongly emphasize the importance of helping clients understand that the feelings they are experiencing after a traumatic event are entirely normal.

West-Olatunji says the most important lesson she has learned about trauma is an optimistic one. “People are much more resilient and psychologically hearty than I imagined. They have taught me a lot about the capacity of the human spirit.”

The choice is all yours. I would love to work with you!
